then tracked her down, met with her in a Starbucks and
played the video. She said the agent really liked the
Videoscribe and agreed to purchase it along with a Video
Submission Package on the spot!!
Jeanette's investment in the Videoscribe Madness V1 = $27
Jeanette's time invested in viewing video tutorial = 9 min
Jeanette's time invested in customizing the video = 7 min
Jeanette's time invested calling agent for appt = 5 min
Jeanette's time meeting agent at local Starbucks = 35 min
Jeanette's total time to date invested in this = 56 mins
Jeanette's return on investment of time and money = $695
Jeanette told me she broke down the charges for her
services as $495 to customize the Real Estate Videoscribe
and $200 to submit the finished branded video to several
video sharing site such as YouTube, Vimeo, etc. etc.
That is a SICK return for the time she invested into this
but I had a few questions for Jeanette for example:
1) How did you pick THAT particular Real Estate Agent?
and
2) How did you get a hold of her so fast??
Here's what Ms. Jeanette told me:
"I noticed over the past few weeks that this Real Estate
Agent kept appearing in my newspaper. I would see ads with
her picture and listings. I figured (A) she had to have
money to be paying for the ads and (B) she understood that
she had to advertise and market herself in this tough and
competitive market.
So I called the number in the ad and got her voicemail. I
left her a message but didn't expect to get a return call
that quick let alone on the same day. Within 5 minutes my
phone rang and I answered. It was her. I got nervous but
then just told her who I was and why I was calling. I told
her that if she could just spare me 15 minutes of her time
I would show her something that could improve her business
at a fraction of the cost of what she's paying for the
newspaper ads. I told her that I would even buy her a cup
of coffee if she'd agree to meet me at a local Starbucks
and she actually did. I asked her when and she mentioned
she was free today.
We scheduled a meeting for 30 minutes later because I had
to get ready since I was still in my PJs at the time of
the call. We met, I showed her the video, she liked the
video and asked how she'd get it in front of potential
clients. That's when I upsold her on the Video Submission
Service for $200 more. She agreed and the rest is history!
The best part is I had my SquareUp device so I was able to
charge her credit card right there and the money will be
sitting in my account in a day or so! It may not have been
a $1,000 pay day but it was good enough and close enough
for me and my family who need this especially right before
the holidays.
